Spaying and Neutering Cats and Dogs has become much more expensive in recent times. Thanks to Petco Love’s Lifesaving Grant and the charitable efforts of Mobile Vet Solutions, the Fluvanna SPCA can now put more than 50 new furry friends up for adoption.
