James Fishback has emerged as a popular figure for young, online conservatives. Amassing nearly 500k followers on instagram, the 31-year old secured a majority of voter support for Floridians under the age of 45.

Fishback sat down with WUVA President Conwell Morris right before his public event in Nau Hall hosted by the Burke Society. Fishback, the former Republican candidate for governor in Florida, is in the middle of a national tour of universities, a result of his major connection with college-age voters in the primaries and online.
